A hot meal. A monthly ration. A measure of dignity.
38% of children under 5 in India are stunted. Hunger is the silent emergency our Food Distribution Programme — and our One Meal, One Hope campaign — addresses every single day.
No one should have to sleep hungry.
Hunger remains one of the most pressing social issues affecting vulnerable communities. Many families struggle to afford even basic meals due to poverty, unemployment, illness, displacement and economic shocks. Children attend school on empty stomachs, elderly people remain neglected, and daily-wage earners face uncertain access to food.
Our Food Distribution Programme (FDP), anchored by the One Meal, One Hope campaign, reaches families, daily-wage workers, slum communities, homeless individuals and elderly citizens with consistent, nutritious meals and monthly ration kits.
We respond rapidly during crises — floods, lock-downs, displacement — and we run a steady, weekly distribution network through neighbourhood volunteers the rest of the year. Every meal is served with dignity, and every ration kit is sourced locally where possible, supporting nearby vendors and farmers as part of the same ecosystem.

What guides our work
Work with local communities to identify families and individuals facing food insecurity — the ones missed by mainstream schemes.
Nutritious, hygienic and balanced meals prepared with care, and ration kits built around real family needs — not surplus.
Direct distribution in slums, streets, shelters, hospitals and under-served neighbourhoods through trained volunteer teams.
Regular feeding programmes and community partnerships that turn one-time relief into an ongoing safety net.
Where we go deep
Weekly hot-meal distribution
Neighbourhood volunteer teams cook and distribute hot, balanced meals every week — reaching homeless individuals, migrant workers, elderly citizens and children in urban slums and pavement communities.
Monthly ration kits
Each kit is designed to feed a family of four for a month — rice, dal, oil, spices, hygiene essentials — sourced locally to support neighbourhood grocers and farmers wherever possible.
School nutrition support
Mid-day nutrition support in partner schools ensures children don't attend class on empty stomachs, protecting both learning outcomes and long-term growth.
Elder and unwell diets
Special diets and daily meals for elderly residents living alone, patients in hospitals and rehabilitation centres, and families managing long-term illness in the household.
Emergency food response
Rapid ration and cooked-meal deployment during floods, displacement, disease outbreaks and other crises — mobilising volunteer networks and partner kitchens within hours of a call.
Festival & special drives
Special distributions during festivals, extreme weather periods and community observances — because dignity means being included in the seasons others take for granted.
Our promise
Every meal is served with dignity, respect and compassion. We do not treat feeding a hungry person as an act of charity — it is an act of humanity. Beneficiaries are greeted by name where we can, and meal quality is checked the same way it would be in a family kitchen.
How you can help
Sponsor a meal — even a small contribution provides nutritious food to someone in need. Sponsor a month of ration kits for a family. Volunteer for feeding drives, meal preparation or packing. Corporates can support through meal sponsorships, employee volunteering and community engagement. In-kind donations of essential food items are always welcome.
