With more than 15 years of experience in Sales, Marketing and Training across industries, Shailendra focuses on facilitating workshops and training programs on Selling & Influencing, Leadership, Train the Trainer, High performance, Team-building, Conflict Management, Customer service excellence, Creativity & Problem Solving, Yoga & Mindfulness for a wide range of audiences including senior leadership, management, sales teams and various functional teams across several industries. He also provides Sales & Marketing Consulting to business and non-profit organizations.       

He is a proud alumnus of IIM K, one the most premier B-Schools in India. He has helped organizations like IBM, ITC, HCL technologies and Microland by leading numerous Sales initiatives, Marketing Programs & Communication campaigns to generate demand on products, services, software and consulting. He has also facilitated CXO level executive briefings, webinars, online events and lead generation programs with excellent results.       

He is also a Senior Trainer with the Art of Living, one of the world’s largest volunteer based organizations with presence in 152 countries. He has led several service projects with the organization.
